Micro Expanded Metal Mesh Stainless Steel
Indicated for applications in filter elements with minimum mesh
apertures, the micro-expanded metal is indicated for the filtration
of oil, water, among other liquids that require an extremely rigid
and efficient treatment in terms of flow and drainage.
Micro expanded metal, which prove to be suitable for utilization in
the filters field as well as for other various use, can be
considered as a particular type of expanded metal from which it
differs for the small size of the mesh.
We are therefore in a position to supply any type of microexpanded
metal featuring rhomboidal, hexagonal or differently shaped mesh,
made of any sort of metal provided that it is suitable for the
stretch process. Normally they are made of steel, stainless steel,
alluminum, peralumen, brass, copper, plastic material etc.

Copper: red copper plate (C10200, C11000), brass plate(CuZn40,
CuZn37, CuZn35, CuZn30, CuZn20, CuZn5)
Aluminum: pure aluminum plate, aluminum alloy plate(1050, 5052,
5056)
Nickel: N2, N4, N6, nickel alloy 2080, monel 400, monel 600
Note: SS304, SS316 is the most common material.
Standard Expanded Metal is directly slit and stretched by punching machines without
other processing,The strand width and bond come in with an angle
with the plate surface. This kind structure increase the strength
and hardness of expanded metal,it also brings better anti-slipping
and reinforcing performance.

Packing: Expanded metal should be packed firmly and securely.When packing,
expanded metal appears in roll type and flat type.
